Jupical Technology Pvt Ltd is operating from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Indian Standard Time. Issues can be put forward via mail, text message or voice calls at our desk within these timings. Issues that hits our desk prior to 3:00 p.m. will be answered on the same day unless there is time limitation and our staff may be returned after 7:00 pm IST or by 12:00 am IST the next business day.

Time / Volume of Support:

Above provide price structure is based on the Average requirement for support. It may happen that during the first 2 to 4 weeks of use, the volume and length of support will be much greater than that in the following weeks and months. Jupical Technology Pvt Ltd deserves every right to alter the package for any subsequent agreements.

Odoo Support Medium:

We provide remote Odoo Support to save Online Visits fees. Support could be in any form of text, phone call or screen sharing within the agreed time frame. We provide medium to connect as:

Unresolved Queries:

It is not possible to resolve all queries spontaneously. Few queries require time to test or run or any other technical trial to fix the bug. We have defined a team of persons for your resolution and can assure you to solve unresolved and open queries within the abided time frame to fulfil our commitment.
